Q:  What are the requirements to come to Epic Woman Camp?
A:  A 5:30-6:30 Ironman bike time and/or equivalent.

Q:  How do I apply for Epic Woman Camp?

Q:  How much mileage will we do at the camp?
A:  Campers can choose how much mileage they want to do each day but the camp is designed to be high training load to benefit both physically and mentally.  The camp is very bike focused to prevent injury and the cycling mileage ranges from approximately 700kms to over 1000kms.

Q:  Do I need to bring anything special to the camp?
A:  Everything you need to know about the camp will be sent to you in a pre camp email once you have been accepted.  This includes what you need to bring to camp, what gearing you should have on your bike, suggested training to best prepare for the camp, etc.
